Drones and Torpedoes
Torpedoes
In military parlance a torpedo is a long-range (usually interplanetary) drone spacecraft with a spacetime-bending engine. This kind of engine allows a Torpedo to pinch spacetime itself, becoming nearly untargetable in its direction of thrust. Torpedoes have a minimal profile compared to starships. On their turn, torpedoes move with small craft. They will take the shortest route to their target unless otherwise specified. Steerable torpedoes may be able to perform maneuvers rivaling the most nimble starships.

Open Bottle Drive X
X = a number of hex faces. Place or center a block of X faces in the direction of travel. From the direction of the faces the vehicle has Stealth +3, meaning its thrust vectors become Secret information, only its location can be sensed, and it counts as VLN -7. However, the torpedo itself is blind from behind these protected faces and must rely on the sensors of its launcher.
Overpressure X
X = number of hex rings to count out on the overpressure table. This table takes the atmospheric pressure and overpressure ring level and returns damage dice. Everything outside in the hex should roll for damage, although it will usually be stated whether common buildings, trees, or other objects should merely be regarded as destroyed rather than rolling for every building in a village, for instance.
